The company jointly invested in the United States to establish Kodali America Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Kodali of the United States") and invested in the construction of a new energy power battery precision structural parts production base in the United States, with a total investment of no more than US$49 million, of which the company's investment ratio is 85%, and Hungarian Kodali's investment ratio is 15%.
