Zhonghuan New Energy joins hands with Sunshine New Energy to develop clean energy projects

Central New Energy Co., Ltd.(1735roulettesite.HK) announced on May 26 that it has reached a cooperation agreement with Sunshine New Energy. According to the agreement, the two sides will deepen their strategic partnership, expand the scale of cooperation, and innovate cooperation models. The move aims to jointly promote the development of clean energy projects.

The cooperation covers the development of at least 500,000 kilowatts of energy projects in areas such as Huainan City and Tongcheng City. The two sides will focus on the planning of the national new energy base and be committed to cooperation in base projects such as industrial implementation, equipment manufacturing and resource development to achieve the acquisition of million-kilowatt project resources, thereby enhancing the base's competitive advantage and scale influence.

In addition, the two sides also plan to jointly build a photovoltaic innovation laboratory to jointly develop efficient photovoltaic cell and module technology. The research results will be shared by both parties, a move aimed at promoting the innovation and application of new energy technologies.
